General Overview

Well loved family friendly smoke and pet free beach cottage perfect for your weekend get away or short term vacations. Close to shops, parks and beaches within a 20 minutes walk. There is a cleaning fee of $300 per stay. This is a pet free and smoke free home. No smoking/vaping or pets are allowed on the property.

The Space

Three bedroom single story cottage with 1.5 bathrooms in Mandalay Beach/Oxnard Shores. Guests will enjoy the relaxing vibes and friendly neighborhood. Enjoy the coastal vibes of surrounding Ventura and Santa Barbara! Smoke and Pet free home

Guest Access

Single story bungalow cottage with keyless entry. Access code will be given 24 hours before check in with all terms of the exchanges being finalized and agreed upon within one week of arrival.

Notes

Ideal family friendly beach location within a Less than a mile walk/drive to local restaurants and supermarkets. It’s less then a 15 minute walk to Oxnard Beach Park and a 15 minutes drive to downtown Ventura . There is a cleaning fee of $300 per stay. My house is not suited for parties, graduations, wedding, events and etc.. and the exchange will be forfeited immediately and reported to PLU for violation. Guests are strongly recommended to rinse off sand after beach use using the outside hot water shower or wiping off before bring sand into the house. This is to prevent clogging the pipes with sand. Please remove shoes inside the house during your stay.

Family oriented neighborhood where everyone knows each other. This is my primary residence and not suitable for parties, graduations, anniversaries, bachelors/bachelorette events special celebrations , events and etc.. My amazing neighbors will inform me if events take place.

Getting to my home

You will need a car to get around. Once parked, there are shops and restaurants within 20 minutes walking .

  • Sitara and John’s adorable one bedroom flat is ideally located in a great location in east London. Sitara is an amazing host and she communicated effectively from the beginning of the process throughout the stay and the final check out. The whole process of the exchange with her was smooth and effortlessly! I highly recommend her place and will definitely return to stay for future swaps at her flat .
