Charming living space with a wonderful light throughout the day.

Neighbourhood
We are located in the 11th arrondissement, just a few minutes walk from Place de la République and the very prized Canal Saint-Martin.
There are amazing affordably priced french restaurants, as well as Italian trattorias, small cafés, great bookshops... and a lot of bars as well !
Getting to my home
Upon arrival, the flat is accessible via subway or car. There are two metro lines within a two minute walk (the 2 & the 11) which provide access to the airport and easy travel throughout the city.
The line 2 provides a direct transfer to the airport RER line (RER B).
Nearest airport
Charles de Gaulle / Orly - take RER B and line 2.
Getting around
Very easy neighborhood to walk in and from, or bike.
There are two subway stations a few streets away from our building that will take you pretty much anywhere in Paris.
We are a two minute walk from Goncourt (l.11) and Belleville (l.2)
as well as a 10 minute walk from République (l.3, 5, 8, 9, 11).

We are my husband, Austin 27, and myself, Melek, 26.
Austin is from California, and I'm from Paris. We recently moved back here due to COVID, but have been enjoying our time back ! We'd love to take this opportunity of home exchange to make Austin discover a bit more about Europe and all the fun things to do around here :-)
About us; Austin works in the music production field (concerts, festivals). I am an illustrator and comic artist full time.
We're big on cooking, eating, record and book collecting...
We spent a few years butterflying from one place to another, but finally settled down here and created our dream nest - we can't wait to share it with you now !
