General Overview

Our high rise condo is in the very popular Streeterville area of Chicago: walking distance to museums, shopping, entertainment and universities.

The Space

We are in the middle of a high rise with unobstructed views of the lake and city right aross from Navy Pier. We have 2 ensuite bedrooms, an office with a twin pullout, a full kitchen, dining area, living room and laundry. Our building has an outdoor terrace area with gas grills that is open 9 months out of the year plus an indoor pool and jacuzzi. Depending on the arrangement, we may also have a parking space and/or car available.

Guest Access

When an agreement is reached I will submit to the front desk names of my guests which will allow entry to our unit and the building. We will also supply a key fob for the health club and pool.

IMPORTANT: Our building is 100% smoke free including our unit.

Our neighbourhood is very busy because there's so much to do and see. - 1 block -- Navy Pier which is a top Chicago destination with restaurants, movies, entertainment including Shakespeare Theatre and Chicago Children's Museum. - 3 blocks -- to Northwestern Hospital and Northwestern School of Law. - 5 blocks -- The Magnificent Mile (Michigan Ave) where you'll find world class shopping. - 1 mile walk along the lakefront heading South -- the museum campus: Shedd Aquarium, Field Natural History Museum and Adler Planetarium. - 1 mile -- The Art Institute and Symphony Center - 1 mile -- Millennium Park home to Pritkzer Pavillion, Harris Theatre, Cloud Gate (the bean) and Maggie Daly Park. - 1.2 miles -- The Theatre District including Goodman Theatre, Chicago Theatre, Cadillac Palace, Auditorium Theatre.

My husband has mobility issues so we look for homes that have a bedroom and bath on the main floor. Handicap accessible is a plus.
