General overview
Sarajevo is a unique city and has a very rich history. It is often said that the West and the East meet here. People are very friendly (it is kind of in our genes to treat our guests with respect) and will offer you some really good food. The number of tourists coming to Sarajevo is constantly raising and you might also wish to check why.
The space
This apartment is specious and family-friendly. It is at a walking distance to a number of city attractions (museums, Avaz Twist Tower, bus and train station) and is located next to the bus stop (16b) from where you can catch a bus to city center (Bascarsija). The apartment has internet access which makes you connected to the rest of the world. It is very sunny (east-west orientation) and located on the first floor of a smaller building. It is in an area with lots of family houses around.At our property we take off the shoes and we trust our guests to do the same.
Notes
We rent our apartment during summer but we could also block some dates in case we arrange an exchange. We also exchange our apartment at Bjelasnica (mountain nearby) which could make a good combo for visiting both spots (enjoy the city and the mountain)

Getting to my home
Sarajevo airport is 10 km away, train and bus station only 5 min walk. There is a bus (16b) which takes you to Bascarsija.

Getting around
There are big supermarkets nearby (the closest 5 min walk), museums and shopping centers are also about the same distance. To get to Bascarsija (city center) you need to walk for about 30 min (4 km distance). There is a bus across the street, a train and bus station are only 5 min walking distance
