General Overview

The house is a small haven of peace right next to Paris, which allows you to benefit from peace and quiet while being very close to the center of the capital. We have a very friendly neighborhood that is always ready to help if needed!

The Space

The house disposes : - a large double living room and dining space open to the kitchen, which opens onto a terrasse - a bedroom with a king size bed - another bedroom with two single beds A charming garden is located behind the house, in which we enjoy having lunch in fine weather! Our two cats Will be pleased to be with you, one of them Ulf is most of the Time outside and the other one Dennis, 19 years old, mostly sleeping ! You will find one adult bike with a Little child seat behind ( no seat Belt on, so the kid must be in âge to hold itself) and one for a child ( 6-8 years). You can easely hire bike near the house as well ( Velib) as You are at the gates of Paris so in 20 minutes in the center (the super Jardin des Plantes and its natural history museum for example) and this by the cycle paths along the quays of the Seine in only 20 minutes.

Neighbourhood

The house is located 1 minute walk from the RER C which takes you in three stations to Notre Dame Place Saint Michel in the heart of Paris! Or 10 minutes from metro line 7. Local shops are also located right next to the house: bakery, supermarket, pharmacy... there are also two differents markets per week (Tuesdays, Fridays and Saturday mornings with fishmonger, cheesemonger , new products and many others!) A large park in which to walk or picnic, a children's play park, mass-market cinemas and arthouse films/special films for children, theaters, bars as well as restaurants very close to the house. We will happily pass on all our good local addresses to you! We love spending time at home and in our garden observing nature unfolding according to the seasons. We hope to have created a pleasant cocoon where we can be on vacation and rest after days of walking in Paris itself!

Fanny

We are a blended family of Franco-Swedish origin who have been living in France for a long time. Our 14-year-old twins and two 7-year-olds love a change of scenery as much as we do! I work in the medical sector and my partner, Clément, for French television. We often need rest to regain our strength. We love gastronomy, nature, culture and... The sun! We often all travel together, but I also travel alone with my 7-year-old daughter who loves to discover new capitals.
