This very small studio has a good location and a comfortable bed. The compact kitchen allows for very limited cooking. I am sure during the summer when you can use the outdoor space, the studio is inviting and offers more light than it does in the winter. The bathroom is nicely done. The neighborhood offers many restaurants and a nice street for a weekly market.

Hannah and Cedric's studio apartment has an amazing location. Within 4 minute walking, we reach one train station (Rome) and within 8 minute walking, we reach another train station. We can get to all the places we want to see in Paris in 30 minutes or less by public transportation. The studio is small but very well-equipped and has everything we need for our stay. Hannah also prepared some toys, books and colouring pens for our daughter. Cedric was there to meet us and showed us everything we needed to know. They also let us stay for one more separate night as we needed to get back to Paris so we can catch our return flight to Calgary, Canada. We felt very lucky to be able to stay in this studio apartment. Thank you again Hannah and Cedric for hosting us!

Hannah and Cedric were very easy to comunicate and organise with. We managed to set an excange rather quickly. Their studio has great location and is perfectly organized. They have super manual and tips to get around the aream. Hannah and Cedric were very thoughtful and left some toys for my kids l, which was greatly appreciated. We also had a smoth communication during the excange. I am only sorry for not managing to organize and meet them in person :) Maybe next time!

After our initial exchange had to be cancelled a day before we left for Paris, Hannah and Cedric were so kind to let us stay, very last minute, at their studio. it saved our trip! the studio is lovely, small but very finctional and with a loevely garden. location wise it is also a bit a residential area with a nice park around the corner. we enjoyed our stay at their pace very much

Wow!!! We loved our 7 night stay at Hannah and Cedric’s lovely studio apartment with its own outdoor patio area - a real plus in the summer to have an outdoor space to relax in. The local neighbourhood has dozens of fantastic restaurants, cafes and boulangeries and we would definitely stay in this area again if we go back to Paris as a be ry quick metro ride takes you to the main attractions of the city. Hannah and Cedric were super helpful and definitely recommend an exchange with them if the opportunity arises.

What an amazing little apartment in the perfect location of Paris. Hannah and Cedric are wonderful hosts - they have literally the most thorough and thoughtful handbook for the apartment answering any and all questions you may have and full of wonderful suggestions for the area. They are available in a moment's notice and incredibly thoughtful and helpful but also respect your privacy during your stay. The apartment is of course small as a studio but could not be more well laid out and thought through. It has a Murphy bed (which I have to say, I've always wanted to experience). It has a really comfy mattress and while the apartment is small I actually left the bed down during my stay because I felt like I had plenty of room as a single person to do all I needed to. The kitchen and bathroom are brand new and really have everything you need. The absolute best thing about the apartment is the patio which is almost as big as the studio. While it was fall and a bit chilly I did try to get out there a few times to enjoy the turning leaves and lovely weather we had. It's very private and full of lovely plants and comfortable seating. The area in the 17th was a really lovely surprise. It's really convenient to everything - I walked to Montmartre and actually walked to other areas of Paris when I was up for a 30 minute walk but also you could take a straight shot on the Metro to Chatelet which gets you to the heart of everything you need to see in Paris. In 25-35 minutes you can be anywhere on the metro from this neighborhood. But the best part is you are in a truly French neighborhood with the loveliest people. The local bakery with the friendliest owner, wonderful cafes where I had lovely conversations with the people serving me, and beautiful little shops with great prices, one whose owner gave me wonderful tips on places to go for nice walks on pretty historic streets without a crush of tourists. Really, I was so grateful to stay here and get to know Hannah and her family (especially her two sweet girls). This place is a gem.

We are just back from a long Parisian week-end in Hannah and Cedric studio. We are more than delighted ! The studio is cosy, very quiet and perfectly equipped for a easy and very comfortable stay. The terrace is really great, what a pleasure to have this quiet outside garden in the center of Paris. Batignolles is an amazing part of Paris, with so much restaurants, bars, shops (don't miss Scoop me a cookie !). Hannah and Cedric where perfect guests when they were at our home and they are also wonderful hosts. Communication was really easy and friendly, Hannah and Cedric, we want to thank you for the great times we had, thank you for the delicious gifts you left for us, I'm really crazy about Florian Mesère Chocolates ! Thank you for the warm welcoming, we really feel that swapping with you made us even more addict to the spirit of home exchanging, you are the perfect partners, and we would love to meet you in the future. We had a wonderful stay at Lisa and Kevin's home on the Cape. Their home is very comfortable and large, and extremely quiet which is exactly what we Parisians are looking for on holiday. In addition we got to take care of their dog Charlie, who was so sweet and who we all (especially our youngest daughter) enjoyed! Lisa and Kevin are such kind people, very flexible about our arrangements (arrival and departure and my mom staying with us). Lisa even brough us to the children's museum that she manages one day, which our girls say is the highlight of their trip! We loved our stay at Lisa and Kevin's home and highly recommend them as hosts.

Amanda stayed in our home and pet-sat our cat Pierre while we were in the USA. She was a lovely guest, took great care of Pierre (who seemed quite relaxed when we returned!), sending us regular photos of the two of them. Contact with her was easy and she was a perfect guest, leaving everything as we left it, which was a pleasure when we got home. She even started some of our laundry, very welcome after our long trip! We had a wonderful stay at Fanny and Jerome's home in Crest. It really worked out perfectly as we were able to celebrate Cedric's mother's birthday with her, as well as see his cousins and other relatives that week. The house was comfortable and cool in the blazing south of France heat. Fanny and Jerome were very flexible with dates and also accommodating when we had a couple of requests. They also let our daughter Oliane play with their dog, and brought both girls some books after they had read all their own. They also provided local recommendations that were really helpful to ensure a fun stay. We highly recommend Fanny and Jerome for future exchanges.

Janice's home was perfect for my trip to London for business. This was a new area of London for me, with everything you need just next door, including a very good tavern steps away from the apartment building, and a park nearby for running. The location was super well connected by train. Janice's home was comfortable, well equipped. Checking in was easy with the help of her friendly son, who gave me some recommendations in the area. Anne Marie was the perfect guest especially for our cat Pierre. On a short notice she was interested to come to Paris from Canada to cat sitting our 1 year old cat. it happened very smooth and Pierre and Anne Marie became best friends. Sjoerd and André were wonderful hosts. I was attending a conference in Amsterdam so just stayed a few days at their apartment, and everything was perfect. Communication was very easy and responsive when I had a couple small questions. Their home is quite well set up for a comfortable stay, and conveniently located to a tram. They even offered a bike to use while there (though I didn't end up using it due to rain and my work clothes!). I highly recommended Sjoerd and Andrés home for future home exchangers.

We had a wonderful stay at Kasia's home! They are such a lovely family and we are so glad this non-simultaneous exchange could work out. Kasia's home is quite spacious and comfortable, with all modern amenities. On top it is the last floor so extremely quiet, which was well appreciated by these Parisians! The location is great, just a few minutes to two metro lines and 30-45 minutes to most Berlin attractions. We had a very fluid and easy communication with the family throughout there stay (including their help when our daughter was ill). We love Berlin and were very grateful to have this opportunity to come during the Christmas and New Years holidays. Thanks so much Kasia and family for this pleasant exchange experience.

We had a wonderful stay in Sylvie's home in Tours. Her home is beautifully designed, quite spacious, has a beautiful garden and terrasse for lounging in evenings, a cinema room, and is super well located for exploring Tours and beyond, in our case by bikes. Sylvie was kind enough to lend us adult bikes during our stay and put out some kids' games that kept our girls busy for hours. It was a really easy exchange as Sylvie has tons of exchanging experience - their home book was one of the most organized and comprehensive I've ever seen. We would love to come to Sylvie's again and highly recommend this home and host to other PLU exchangers.

We had a wonderful time at Anne-Christelle's home in Terres de Druance, Normandy. Her home is in a small "hameau" where the neighbors, along with the many horse owners that come to visit (as her home sits on a horse farm), all know each other. We never met so many kind and accommodating people....we even got some help (a ride to Caen and a kind neighbor to bring us to the local market) when we had some car troubles. Anne-Christelle's home is very cosy, and is right next to a forest for calm walks. We enjoyed local vegetables, fruits and meats, and some wild strawberries and blackberries growing in abundance nearby. We also took numerous trips to the D-day beaches, which was really memorable. I will always think fondly of this special exchange at Anne-Christelle's with my two daughters.

We had a great stay at Eloime and Yoann's home. Their home is well equipped, comfortable and extremely quiet at night, which is well-appreciated by these Parisians! Their yard is huge with many interesting plants and flowers. We also got to spend some time with their charming kitty. We had a wonderful stay at Melody’s. Sun most of the week, nice trips to the beach and hikes along the coast, day trip to Italy and several hilltop cities. Menton is just next door and also a nice visit. Melody's home was comfortable and extremely quiet. There is everything you need (groceries, bread etc) in the town down the hill. There is even a great play area for kids (Koalaland) - where we happened to see Prince Albert de Monaco with his kids (!). We liked the company of her cats (especially the one that slept with our daughter Oliane). Communication was easy with Melody, and everything went smoothly for our stay. In short, we would highly recommend a stay at Melody’s home in sunny Roquebrune-Cap-Martin !

My stay at Richard's was perfect - his apartment is in a super location in Amsterdam, walkable to the center and to many museums, and also close to metro and tram lines. His home is comfortable with everything you need for cooking at home or just relaxing. It was extremely quiet at night (which I really appreciated!), and I woke up to the birds in the courtyard each morning. I highly recommend Richard's home for folks visiting Amsterdam.

We had a wonderful stay at Yousra and Olivier's home in Ferney-Voltaire, which is just next to Geneva. We really enjoyed huddling by their woodstove, reading and playing books. There is a treehouse net on the 2nd floor which entertained the kids. Their home is really well equipped and our communications were easy. Many activities to do nearby - Geneva and around Lake Leman (and ideally skiing, though we were out of luck - no snow at Christmas!) We did not know this region before and it was a nice discovery. The family left us several thoughtful welcoming gifts which was a nice surprise. It was a real pleasure getting to know this family and spending time in their home.

We had a wonderful stay at Jessica’s home on Cape Cod. It was off season so beaches were very serene, and no traffic. Jessica’s home is right near some lakes and also the rail trail which made for great walks and runs. Her home is perfectly comfortable and has the bonus of ping pong and pool tables , which our daughters loved! Communication was easy before, during, and after our stay. We would highly recommend exchanging with Jessica at her lovely home. We are looking forward to welcome her to our home in Paris in the future!

We had a wonderful stay at Melissa’s home in Marblehead. Everything is tastefully decorated m, modern and comfortable, and instructions very clear. I particularly appreciated the Netflix subscription which helped me to eke out a little more sleep when my kids woke up early from jetlag (as they put on cartoons themselves)! It was a pleasure meeting Melissa via video prior to the exchange, and all text discussions were easy and clear. Melissa was flexible about all arrangements including arrival/departure and my mom coming to stay. I hope to meet Melissa F2F someday, surely when she comes to stay at our place in Paris. Marblehead was a wonderful discovery for us. I lived in boston many years before moving to france, and have visited many other places on the north shore, but for some reason had missed Marblehead. It is a beautiful town with historic buildings and wonderful places to read, walk or just ponder along the water. The people there are lovely. Salem is within easy reach, but we ended up spending the most time just exploring Marblehead. Hoping to do it again sometime! I highly recommend Melissa’s home for your future exchange considerations.

Corinne and Jeff were the perfect hosts you can expect. They took good care of our studio. They started to clean some part of the sheets before they left. We were also quite lucky to have the surprise of a customised adventure book named after our two girls which they love it a lot.They also seem to have enjoyed the neighborhood too. I recommend Corrine and Jeff venue as future hosts for anyone.

We have just returned from a stay at Corinne and Jeff’s home. Where to start when commenting on this wonderful exchange? Number one: their home and property is just plain beautiful. Extremely peaceful, thoughtfully decorated, well equipped for a comfortable stay. Bonuses: beautiful gardens, a hot tub, and a fire pit! There are also numerous places to eat or lounge outdoors. Our girls enjoyed feeding the chickens, collecting their eggs, and spending time with the household cats. Their home is in a very peaceful area of Normandie, with numerous hiking trails just from the house where you may not encounter a soul (beyond a cow or two!). We didn’t even need to wander out much by car (which, btw, Corinne kindly offered to us to use). If you do want to do a day trip, the D-Day beaches are a short drive. I went for many reflective hikes and runs in the area and came back to Paris feeling like I took a 3-week holiday. The communication with Corinne was easy and informal, and Corinne extremely responsive at every step. Corinne really went out of her way to ensure we had a great stay: welcome gifts, a giant basket of activities and ingredients to make “S’Mores” for our girls, and even a birthday gift for Cedric! On top she prepared a delicious lunch (including dessert) for the first day so we didn’t have to run out for groceries upon arrival. Departure was easy: Corinne arranged an easy drop-off of keys and even a sweet bakery surprise for us when leaving. I must say that this was the most welcoming exchange we have ever done, and we have been exchanging for a long time (over 12 years). If you love peaceful surroundings (few people but many cows!), beautiful nature, and a cozy atmosphere where you have everything you need for a comfortable stay, then Corinne & Jeff’s home is for you.
