Modern and updated family friendly four bedroom/three bathroom home in the woods with private beach access. Experience all four seasons!

The space

Four bedrooms: Bedroom 1: King bed Bedroom 2: Queen bed Bedroom 3: Twin bunk beds Bedroom 4: Baby crib (or air mattress) Three full bathrooms We live in the lovely beach town of Holland, Michigan (2.5 hours from Chicago) and our neighborhood is nestled on a sand dune right along the shores of Lake Michigan (often mistaken for an ocean, but with fresh water). We live in a neighborhood, but our home is also surrounded by trees and have amazing walking/running paths just outside our door, as well as private beach access that we share with our neighbors. Very family/baby friendly. We have toys, high chairs, bikes, strollers, scooters, beach chairs, sleds, etc. Feel free to reach out about other dates not listed in the calendar. Two Floors: Top level includes kitchen, living room with fireplace, sunroom, dining area, three bedrooms (King, bunk beds, and crib), and two bathrooms. Lower level includes cozy family room with TV and fireplace, Queen bedroom, bathroom, laundry room, and workout room with peloton bike and free weights. Potential opportunity to use car if reciprocal in swap.

We'd be happy to lend you any kid/adult winter gear if visiting during the winter.

Neighbourhood

Our neighborhood is situation along the shores of Lake Michigan with a private beach a five minute walk from our home. There are many bike/running paths and hiking trails nearby. Holland State Park and Tunnel Park (both with playgrounds) are also nearby.

Getting to my home

The nearest airport is GRR (45 minutes). Chicago (ORD or MDW) is about 2.5-3 hours away depending on rush hour traffic.

  • We absolutely loved staying at Lauren & Aaron’s beautiful home!! The open concept home was warm and inviting and full of light! Lots of living spaces to gather and play games, read, or watch TV. The home is large, beautifully decorated, and extremely clean and we enjoyed every moment. Lauren is very communicative and I feel like we are now friends, although we have not met in person! Holland, MI, and the surrounding towns are full of activities and great places to eat. Loved being so close to the beautiful white sand beach and gorgeous sunsets of Lake Michigan. We highly recommend putting this home on your list!! A+++
