General overview
Our three favourite things about our home are its location, our park-garden and its historic architecture. This flat is part of a crescent of buildings in central Brighton built in the mid-1800s (the buildings are Grade II-listed) which curve round a luscious communal park that is for private use of the residents. It's shady and quiet with large lawns and historic trees, a swing, a play house and wonderful warm community. Yet, we're also smack bang in the centre of the city with all its delights - beach, the laines shops, train station, Kemptown and more - within a 20 minute walk. It's a wonderful place to live and a perfect spot to base yourself when visiting Brighton and the surround south coast including Seven Sisters and the South Downs National Park, historic Hastings, bustling beautiful Lewes and much more.
