General Overview
Our house is in a quiet green area. Our giant pine and walnut trees provide pleasant shade in the summer heat. Birds are frequent guests in the garden and sometimes hedgehogs and squirrels also visit us. We have a large terrace with two sun loungers.
You can use our bikes, as we live near one of the most fabulous bicycle routes that connects Budapest with the sights of the Danube Bend.
Trains to Budapest run every half hour.
The Space
Our house has two floors. On the ground floor there is a living room with a corner sofa, which can also be used as a double bed. There is also a shower, toilet, a well-equipped kitchen and a guest room with a pull-out sofa for 2 people.
A comfortable wooden staircase leads to the upper floor where there are three bedrooms and a bathroom with tube and toilet. There are two single beds and a double bed in these bedrooms.
Guest Access
The entrance to the house through our big terrace has a few stairs. Our home may not be a good fit for people with mobility issues.
Guests will have wifi access. We do not have local/cable TV.
Notes
We have a cute cat who is easy to make friends with. If we change houses we may ask you to feed him. In the summer, it spends most of its time in the garden and in the neighbourhood, only needing to be fed in the morning and evening. It will not interfere with your peaceful holiday.

We are a family with two teenage children who love travelling and hiking. My wife Emese works for an NGO, I'm a team leader at a Dutch company, Emma (15) and Abel (17) are students. We offer for exchange our primary home. We live in the suburbs of Budapest in a quiet location, just half an hour from the city center. The Danube River is within walking distance of our house. We have a lovely cat, who would love to stay with you if you exchange with us. CURRENTLY LOOKING FOR (TWO) ONE WEEK EXCHANGES BETWEEN 3 - 16 of AUGUST 2026 IN EUROPE.

Our wellness terrace. Enjoy the silence and the chirping of birds in the light of the rising sun. The sun shines in the morning and the giant walnut tree provides shade in the afternoon.
