We are steps from Porta Mazzini (one of the old city gates) within a 15 minutes walk from the center of the Bologna under the famous Bologna's porticoes, which are a Unesco World Heritage site. Our area is also very well served with stores, small neighborhood markets, bars and restaurants, It offers very convenient public transportation to anywhere in Bologna and to the train station and airport. Bologna is the vibrant and historic capital of the Emilia-Romagna region and an excellent base to explore northern Italy. It offers a unique blend of rich history and world-renowned gastronomy making it a must-visit Italian destination. With the oldest university in the world and plenty of museums it is also a culturally rich city. With its excellent train connections, Bologna is fantastic hub for day trips to many of the most iconic Italian sites, such as Florence, Milan, Venice as well as to smaller beautiful and less known destinations such as Parma, Modena, Ferrara, Ravenna, Verona, and Padova, just to name a few.
