General Overview
We have a two story home with a walkout basement. Three bedrooms are upstairs, we have two separate offices on the main level with a library, full kitchen, kitchen dining area and a formal dining room.
The basement is partially finished with a workout out room, treadmill, elliptical, free weights.
We have a medium sized yard with auto sprinklers.
The Space
We have hardwood floors on the main living area, the bedrooms are carpeted. Very large windows for maximum light and viewing.
Guest Access
Two floors with basement...stairs are the only way to get around.
Notes
We are very neat and clean, we expect those sharing the home to be the same. The neighborhood is quiet and we respect our neighbor privacy, we have, quite possibly the best neighbor one could ask for...we look out for each other.

Neighbourhood
It is a quiet neighborhood, however we have an abundance of running, biking, hiking trails all around. The majority of the neighbors are retired, or have executive positions. We have a large park that abuts our backyard that adds more opportunity for play time.
Getting to my home
Denver International Airport is best.
Nearest airport
Denver International Airport, is typically a 40-50 ride depending on traffic. There are two freeways that connect our home to the airport.
Getting Around
There is a free shuttle service within our community, light rail a mile away. There's also bus service.

We are retired, (two former executives, my wife-healthcare, me-telecommunications) and now travel extensively. We haven't any pets, do not smoke, no drugs, (recreational or otherwise), rarely drink.
I have taken up a vocation as an artist, my wife occasionally consults in healthcare.
