Neighbourhood

You are in a quiet street, walking distance to all the restaurants and bars. There is a library, movie theatre and an art gallery, a micro brewery and so much more just a few steps away. You can also walk down to the Sioux River and enjoy a game of river frisby golf or just take long walks along the river paths. The Vermillion Dome is host to countless sports events. Football being the main draw. The recently opened Sport and Wellness Center is really amazing and has now now a brand new building that houses indoor pools, saunas and Jacuzzis!
