Access to entire house except one bedroom that is setup as office.

Notes

Lots of space to bbq. Only 25 minutes drive to downtown Los Angeles. Six minute drive to Downtown Pasadena. 25 minutes to Burbank airport or 45 minutes to LAX. Cleaning fee is $140 per stay or every two weeks for extended stays. May pay cash, venmo, or zelle.

Neighbourhood

Lots of bike riding and hiking trails. You can see the Rose Bowl fireworks from my from my front yard on the 4th of July.

Getting to my home

It is best to fly into Burbank Airport if flying from nearby otherwise LAX is ok. A car is needed to get around the Pasadena/LA area. I can provide information on train stations but they are usually too far to walk to and busses are currently not running often.
