General Overview

My peaceful, lake front home sits on my family's historic ranch in Northeastern Oklahoma, known as green country. I have ancient forests next to my home that have never been plundered, my parents started our ranch nearly a 100 years ago. We have a 35 acre, private lake to enjoy, you can fish with a short walk from the back porch! Your family can enjoy a game of pool on my vintage Harley Davidson pool table. My home has 3 bedrooms, queen beds in each bedroom with 100% real cotton sheets and towels. 2.5 baths. All single level. No steps inside the home. Wheelchair accessible. Wood floors throughout, very allergen friendly. I do not use any strong scents, and especially don't care for things like Febreeze.

The Space

Single floor home. 3 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, all on one floor. No steps inside the home. One bedroom is handicapped accessible. The hallway to the other two bedrooms is narrow, but can accommodate a small wheelchair. All three bedrooms have queen size beds. I have an 8' long couch that makes a wonderful twin! Two smaller kids can sleep on each end and their feet don't touch. :) Many a grandchild has enjoyed sprawling out on the couch. I love to sew and have recovered it twice.

Guest Access

Side entrance through the garage is level, wheelchair accessible. Front and back doors have 1-2 steps. Automatic garage door. Flat cement driveway that is wheel chair accessible.

Notes

I do not have a dishwasher. I live a minimalist lifestyle. I enjoy the company of my family, friends, and my dog and cat that freely go inside and outside. I have a litter box in the garage, but my cat prefers to go outside. I have a full set of pilates/yoga equipment in my living room, and a baby grand piano. I also enjoy a sewing/play room for my grandkids that's full of toys, games, and pictures. I have high speed satellite internet suitable for any work endeavor, but I usually turn it off. I am a vegan, but you may enjoy any meat or dairy product as you wish.

The closest neighbor is about 1/4 mile up the lane (family), the others are 1-2 miles away. Feel free to keep the curtains open to enjoy the spectacular night sky!

Getting to my home

The best way is from Highway 75 or Highway 169. I'm in between those two highways. I'm about 45 minutes from Tulsa International Airport, about 2.5 hours from Oklahoma City and Wichita. Dallas and St. Louis are about 5-6 hours.
