3 bedroom apartment located near the Laurier metro station, on the Plateau Mont-Royal. Brilliant location, in the heart of a lively and bustling neighborhood, close to everything, but on a quiet street.
The space
My apartment is on the 2nd floor of a duplex. Very bright and airy, with high ceilings (10ft). It is composed of a large living room at the front, a bathroom and kitchen at the back which opens onto a balcony opening onto a courtyard with trees and greenery. There are 3 bedrooms. The smaller one is located forward and has a balcony on the street. It is equipped with a double bed on the mezzanine. The second bedroom overlooks the side wall and is equipped with a double bed. The third is located behind. It is equipped with a Queen bed on the Mezzanine.
Guest access
An interior staircase that overlooks the street and an exterior staircase that overlooks the backyard.
Notes
The neighborhood is fantastic. There are bike paths everywhere and self-service bike stations nearby. The Laurier metro station is a 5-minute walk away. It is possible to park on the street, but I do not have private parking.

Neighbourhood
The apartment is located in the heart of a neighborhood with all services, countless restaurants and bars, especially on Saint-Laurent Boulevard, a 2-minute walk away. Rue Mont-Royal (10 min walk) is now pedestrianized during the summer months. Mount Royal Park is a 15-minute walk away.
Getting to my home
Montreal airport is 25 minutes away by car. You can take the 747 express bus that connects the airport to the Lionel-Groulx metro station, which is located on the same metro line as the Laurier metro station (5 minutes on foot).
