The cottage is in the country directly on a small lake where you can swim, canoe, standup paddle, kayak, pedal boat. There are walking trails accessible from the house. There are larger lakes and rivers accessible within 30 minutes drive. Ottawa is 1.5 hours, Montreal is 2.0 hours and Mont Tremblant is 0.5 hours by car.
