House has Miele washing machine and Miele dryer. Heated floors, air conditioning and air heating for fast heating if needed. Huge terrace 75 sq/m plus golf putting green 24 sq/m

Best is to have a car, other option is bus but it could be complicated as bus is coming to our house approx 4 time a day

Closest shopping center is 5 min by car and 30 min by foot. There is small grocery shop 150 meters from hose where You can by all necessary products
