In Maleny, there are two well equipped supermarkets, two bottle shops, lots of amazing cafes and boutiques.

We have spectacular national parks and are part of the great walks of Australia.

Venture further afield to the world famous Australia Zoo - home of the crocodile hunter.

Visit the Sunshine Coast beautiful white sandy beaches - equally as beautiful in summer and winter.

Do a farm produce tour or visit one of the local wineries, breweries or distilleries - whatever takes your fancy.

Maleny also has many places of worship if your spirit needs this time.

Getting Around

You will need your own vehicle to travel around Maleny and surrounds and to travel to the cottage.

Parking is available for one guest vehicle on one side of our garage (2.4h x 2.4w x 5.1l) or there is plenty of space on the driveway turning area for guest to park.

We had a amazing stay with Carolyn and Andrew best part was being able to meet them and share a meal The home is large and very comfortable. We loved having Mya and Remy stay with us. We loved every morning and afternoon when the wallabies and many different birds came to visit us Carolyn was a great communicator before during and after our exchange Before coming to this area everyone told us how beautiful it was but unless you have been here you wouldn’t have imagined Everyday was a different adventure as there is so much more to see and do than just beaches and I thank Carolyn for all the information given before our arrival Definitely recommend booking with them and hope you get to meet these amazing friends

Kelley’s home is pinnacle central Melbourne close to all the goodies that Melbourne has to offer. The unit is homely and warm and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Kelly met us at the Skybus drop off on Spencer st and we shared delightful time with Mick & Kelley. We can’t wait for them to return to our property on the Sunshine Coast Qld.

Rob & Denise’s lovely modern solar passive home is situated in a quiet leafy street ever so close to all the wonders of Tasmania that you would want to explore including Hobart, Richmond, the Tasman Peninsula and further afield to the centre of Tasmania and the Huon Valley The views are spectacular and ever changing. The home feels welcoming and is so tastefully and thoughtfully decorated. Everything you need for a comfortable stay is available at your fingertips. Caroline and Andrew were wonderful guests. They were communicative and kept us well informed of their plans. We appreciated being able to meet them upon their arrival and later in a social setting. Katherine & Bills lovely Queenslander home is situated in a quiet leafy street ever so close to all the city amenities you could dream of. The apartment feels and welcoming and is so tastefully and thoughtfully decorated. The bed was super comfy with devine sheets and towels. Our time in Brisbane was packed with outings so we did not get a chance to sit and enjoy the peaceful deck overlooking the water.
