General overview
Our home is cozy and inviting. We are close to the North Shore mountains for hiking or skiing depending on the season. We are right off the main highway and close to beaches and tons of good restaurants. We are about 15 mins from downtown Vancouver by car or 20 mins by transit.
The space
It is not a modern house but everything works! The bedrooms are decent sizes. Main bedroom has a queen bed and the second bedroom can be used with a double mattress on the floor and/or use of 2 cribs or toddler beds. The couch also can be used for sleeping as it’s the size of a double bed.
Guest access
The laundry is down the stairs and there is someone in the downstairs suite looking after the dogs. They’re usually very quiet and go out of the house/yard for long walks daily.

Neighbourhood
The neighborhood is usually pretty quiet. There are tons of restaurants a few main blocks down on Commercial Drive and we are very close to a Superstore, Walmart and Canadian Tire.
Getting around
There is a bus stop half a block away and a sky train 7 blocks away. We are close to 3 major routes to drive downtown and also right off of the main trans Canada highway for easy access to other cities.
