New (2023), three bedroom home with top quality appliances, beautiful linen and stunning furnishings. Lovely stream and garden outlook. Only minutes from Edgeware and Merivale villages, with delightful pubs, shops, chemist, supermarket and outstanding butcher. Also close to public transport. Cycle lanes are easily accessible and two e-bikes are available as well as a car. Warm in winter, cool in summer and very comfortable all year round. Three bedrooms, one doubles as an office with a pull down Murphy bed, queen size. Twin mattress zip together as a King bed in the main bedroom with full bathroom ensuite. Open plan living area with heatpump/air conditioning, log burner, large windows - all double glazed. Air reticulation system, wifi, no-key coded front door, large decks surround the house with lovely landscaping. Top quality linen and furnishings. Home is brand new (completed at the end of October 2023). Malvern Park with playground only a short stroll away.

Neighbourhood

Plenty of lovely cafes and excellent restaurants within walking distance. The central city can be biked to in 10 minutes, walked in 25. Cycleways connect the area which makes cycling safe and fun. Takeaway shops for Chinese food, very good pizza (Tutte Bene) fish and chips and burgers nearby too. Excellent vegan cafe 3 minutes walk. Supermarkets also very close by. Bus stops around the corner. One of the best butchers in Christchurch (Peter Timbs) is 4 minues drive away.

The house is 25-30 minues from the airport.
