General Overview

It is located on a very calm and secured neighborhood. Five blocks away to a very big shopping mall and 24hr supermarket, with all the services needed. Amazing location. The apartment is very big, it has four bedrooms. Three in the lower area, and a separate bedroom upstairs (in an "office" space. It is amazing for families, because we have a playroom in the attic and a TV room. It has a laundry area, kitchen, and dinner area. They can be divided or incorporated. The view of this place is amazing. It is located in front of the CountryClub, so the view is full of beautiful trees. It has one big terrace and then two smaller balconies. Every room has windows (except for the studio upstairs, but is has a door to the roof that can be opened for ventilation.
