General Overview
Beautiful ocean view home with brand new kitchen and living room. 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with large south facing deck and backyard located in the most desirable neighbourhood in Nanoose Bay.
Nanoose Bay is located in central Vancouver Island, surrounded by the ocean and tall trees. Our home is located on a peninsula with 2 beach public accesses just a few minutes walk away and many many more a little further.
Just a short 10 minute drive from Parksville Beach, known for its sprawling sandy beaches, parks, shops and Tuesday night markets. 15 minutes south you will be in Nanaimo, where you will find many more shops, restaurants, malls, hikes and more.
Some of our favourite things to do close to home (5 minute drive) include:
- Hiking Notch Hill with a beautiful swing at the top over looking the ocean and forests.
- Enjoying a meal and view at Seascape Restaurant at Fairwinds Marina.
- Meeting friends for a pint and meal at Rusted Rake, a local card winning brewery
- Exploring the trails of Enos Lake
- Beachcombing any of the many beaches close by
- Cooling off with a swim at Brickyard Bay Regional Park at high tide
- Swimming at any beach access
This home is perfect for a family, small group or couple.
Our south facing backyard has swings, sandbox, raised garden beds, flowers, fruit trees and large grassy area for lawn games.

The house is 2 stories with 2 bedrooms upstairs and 2 downstairs.
- Bedroom #1 upstairs has a queen bed with 3 piece ensuite and ocean view
- Bedroom #2 upstairs has a single bed
- Bedroom #3 downstairs has a queen bed
Upstairs also has a newly renovated 4 piece bathroom.
The Kitchen is newly renovated with a 10ft island and bar stools with ocean views.
The entire upstairs living space is open and airy with ocean views. Sliding doors take you outside to a large deck (half covered) and down to the large backyard with fruit trees, garden, swing, sand box and trampoline.
Downstairs you will find a foyer, laundry room and 1 bedroom.
