General Overview

Enter our cozy apartment! The neighborhood is characterized by architecture in Amsterdam School style. Our building was built in 1925 and has now been in existence for exactly 100 years. You can certainly speak of a characteristic house. Surrounded by greenery, which is nice for yourself but also for children and animals. From our living room you have a beautiful view over the Erasmus Park. The neighborhood is cozy and has plenty to offer, but if you still want to go to the center, it is easy to reach. Our apartment is cozy, bright and comfortable.

The Space

The hall gives access to two bedrooms. One for a baby/toddler (bed 60x120cm) and one for adults with a double bed (160x200cm). There is a storage space where practical things are stored, such as the vacuum cleaner, mop and a drying rack. The bathroom can also be reached from the hall. This has a bath, toilet, sink and a machine with washer-dryer combination. Finally, there is a door to the spacious living room with sitting area and dining table. There is also an open kitchen, including a mini kitchen for the little ones.

Guest Access

Through a communal staircase you reach our front door on the first floor. The stairs are wide and not steep.

Notes

The house is old, which has its charms but can sometimes also bring inconveniences. It is noisy, so you can hear the upstairs neighbors. The street also brings the necessary noises. I wouldn't call it a nuisance, but keep in mind that it is not very quiet.
