General overview

We have a very big, beautiful apartment with one bedroom, one huge living room (including a "reading room" with a hammock), two balconies, kitchen and bathroom. Everything is fully equipped and waiting for you :) The flat is in the Nymphenburg District of Munich, just 15 minutes via Tram from the central station. All in all it is a quiet area with lots of green and many families. All major tourists points are easily accessible with S-Bahn, Tram or bike in under 30 minutes. And the best: Our house is in walking distance to the Nymphenburg Castle as well as the famous Hirschgarten.

The space

The living space is around 75 square meters, including bedroom, bathroom, hall, living room, kitchen, balconies. Living room: one big table for 4-6 people one big pull-out couch a corner for sports (big yoga mat, pull-up bar, meditation pillow, resistance bands) several comfy chairs and a Thai mattress Bedroom: One huge bed with two bedside tables A cupboard Two chairs for used clothes A mirror Kitchen: Washing machine Dishwasher Fridge Oven Sodastream Electric kettle Cups, glasses, plates, and everything else you could need! Bathroom: Toilet, shower/ bath tube, sink Towels, bathrobe Shampoo, shower gel, etc.

Neighbourhood

We live 15 minutes via tram from the central station, 10 minutes walk from the Nymphenburg castle. It's a beautiful area, next to several parks. The famous Hirschgarten, Bavaria's biggest Biergarten, is only a few minutes away. Deer are living there, you can feed them - they gave the garden its name. It is a very green area, but not far away from all the major tourist points in the city.

Getting around

There is a big supermarket, several bakeries and a drug store just 3 minutes foot walk away. The tram and buses are right in front of our house, you can drive to the central station in less than 15 minutes. With tram/bus or a bike (you can rent one also directly in front of the house) you can reach all major tourist points in under 30 minutes.
