Welcome to our spacious 120 m2 3-bedroom apartment in the heart of Helsinki's Töölö district. Easily accessible by public transport, the apartment is perfect for families or groups. It features a bathroom + a second toilet, a fully equipped kitchen, comfortable beds, and amenities for families with kids or a baby. Our luxurious and historical (1928) home away from home boasts ample space for up to six adults with three comfortable and stylishly decorated bedrooms, each with its own unique charm. The master bedroom features a comfortable queen (160cm) bed and is conveniently located next to the living room, making it easy to relax and unwind after a long day of exploring the city. The study room offers a quiet spot to work or study during your stay, or watch TV. It can be easily converted into a bedroom with a comfortable double (140cm) sofa bed, making it a perfect space to accommodate additional guests. The kids room is designed with younger guests in mind and features a fun and colourful decor, two 160cm long kids bunk beds, as well as a comfortable double (140cm) sofa bed for a good night's sleep for two adults, if needed. The apartment features a fully equipped kitchen and a dining area where you can enjoy meals together with your family or friends. The cozy living room has comfortable seating, where you can spend slow mornings or relax after a long day of exploring. Our apartment includes a modern bathroom with two shower heads and a toilet, and also a separate toilet with washing machine and a tumble dryer. You'll find all the amenities you need for a comfortable stay, and for families with kids or a baby, we provide a baby crib, high chair, and some toys to ensure your little ones are comfortable and happy during your stay.

Our apartment is located on the second floor, so it's only one floor up from the ground level. The elevator is very tiny, but staircase is wide and we have trolley storage on the ground floor in the inner yard. Building's common inner yard has a patio and a gas grill.

Töölö is a vibrant neighbourhood with just a perfect mix of a central city area, but with a lot of parks, sports and cultural activities around. Attend a concert, have a glass of wine or dine at Korjaamo. Stroll by Töölöntori square for casual restaurants and cafes. Walk by the seaside and stop for a coffee and views at Café Regatta. Seurasaari - beautiful island for a walk by the sea and outdoors museum. Walk around Töölönlahti and enjoy a cup of coffee at Linnunlaulu cafe. Visit Oodi library for modern architecture and public living room vibes. Check out Töölö’s landmarks: Töölön kirkko (church of Töölö), Sibelius Monument, Olympic Stadium with a tower visit. Enjoy wild rides, Helsinki views and cotton candy at Linnanmäki theme park. Visit central park for a trip in the forest with blueberry or mushroom picking during late summer-fall season.
