General Overview

We live in the perfect SB location on the upper Mesa in a quiet neighborhood. The 3 bedroom, 2 bath house sits on a hill with ocean and Channel Islands views, fruit trees, a private landscaped backyard, and three patios. We can walk to five parks, beaches, and multiple shopping centers with groceries, fresh produce, 10+ restaurants, convenience store, Starbucks, liquor, pharmacy, brew pub, gas station, car wash, etc. By car we are 5 minutes from multiple beaches, 2 miles from downtown where there are museums, shopping, theatre's, restaurants, wine tasting, microbreweries, night clubs, and dancing. The Amtrak train station is less than 2 miles away downtown. For recreation the area has beaches, hiking, surfing, e-bike and stand up paddle board rentals, as well as a sailing center, fishing and scuba diving tours, skateboard parks, ice skating rink, public pool, pickleball and tennis courts, baseball and soccer fields.

The Space

The house sits on a hill with views of the ocean and is up 22 steps to the front door as well as an adjoining patio. The house has an open floor plan with the living room to the left with tv, stereo and fireplace. The dining room seats six around the table. The gourmet kitchen is fully equipped and opens into a breakfast nook, table and seating for two. There is a desk and laundry area. The dining and kitchen open up to a patio with table and four chairs for dining and relaxing outdoors. Down the hall there are two bedrooms on the right, with full beds in each. A full bathroom with tub and shower combination is on the left. At the end of the hall is the master suite with a king sized water bed and bathroom with walk in shower. The master has sliding doors that connect to a private patio. The back yard is private with hills on two sides. There is off street parking for two cars.
