General overview

This small 30 sqm apartment has a total of 5 windows... So it can be super bright and airy when they are all open and also super private if you shut the blinds. It has a well equipped kitchen with electric oven, a comfortable bathroom and a balcony. My minimal approach to space makes it easy to customise and focus on whatever you are doing. If its a dinner, centre the table to the space and lift some chairs in from the balcony and there you are in a 6ppl sitter. If you want to sit and work, set the table to the wall and connect to the wifi while gazing through the window! It's a fun space to be in tbh.
