General Overview

The perfect home base to discover the beauty of Vancouver Island’s Capital City Victoria. A short drive to sprawling beaches, world famous Butchart Gardens, and downtown Victoria’s vibrant inner harbour. You’ll love coming back to this country retreat and the gorgeous landscape that surrounds this rural 3 acre hobby farm. The views are majestic with fields, trees and farmland providing a picturesque background. At night, the quiet and darkness provide the perfect setting for star gazing.

The Space

Our Farm Vista Guesthouse offers 2 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. Comfortable, clean and bright, you will enjoy the peace and tranquility of rural farm living with the convenience of being within a 2 minute drive/20 minute walk from shops, pubs, restaurants and groceries. The views are breathtaking as you approach the property and once there you will overlook the whole farm. Our main house is at the other end of the property. Come join us for a drink on our deck or a fire at our outdoor fire pit if you like. The view doesn’t get old and the setting is perfect for great conversations!

Neighbourhood

If you’ve never been, the world famous Butchart Gardens are a must see! Beaches, walking trails and entertainment are all within a 15 minute drive. We are a short walk to Sea Cider…a beautiful Cidery that offers great food and cider as well as curated tastings. A short walk in the other direction will bring you into the village of Saanichton where you’ll find all the conveniences: restaurants, groceries, shopping and more!!

Getting to my home

We are a 10 minute drive from Victoria International Airport, and 20 minutes to the BC Ferries vehicle and passenger ship that sails into Vancouver…enjoy breathtaking views of the Salish Sea during the 90 minute ferry ride.
