Stirling is just 15 minutes by car or a quick 7-minute train ride, where you can tour Stirling Castle, see the William Wallace Monument, or experience the Battle of Bannockburn in 3D. For active adventures, enjoy hiking and biking at Torwood, mountain biking at Canada Woods, or take in the stunning scenery of Trossachs National Park. Edinburgh is only 25 minutes away, Glasgow just 30 minutes, and St Andrews an hour’s drive. Perfect for mountain biking, hiking, or fishing enthusiasts, our holiday home offers the ideal base—and you’re welcome to stay at both our properties.

Nearest airport

Glasgow and Edinburgh airports are both just 25 minutes away by car, with a taxi fare of £50.

Getting Around

We’re just a 20-minute walk from Larbert train station, with trains running every 10 minutes to various cities. There’s also a large hospital nearby, about the same walking distance, which doubles as a bus station with routes across Scotland. For a trip to London, you can catch a direct fast train from Edinburgh in just 4.5 hours, or opt for the overnight sleeper train for a more relaxed journey.
