General overview
It is a spacious newly decorated modern home with every convenience.
It is lovely and sunny and has great showers.!
It overlooks a tennis club and community centre so you always have activities nearby.
The house was built to a high standard with large bright room.
In addition to the three bedrooms and bathrooms there is an office with desk,screen and TV which is a great room for WFH. so this room is a second living room .
The kitchen ,dining and living room is one large sociable living space opening onto a sunny south facing patio.
We have good wifi and netflicks for when the Irish weather lets us down!
The space
The house is modern and open and great for socialising with a large living area .
We have decorated and furnished it recently in a light beachy style,perfect for holidays

The house is on three floors.
The kitchen,dining,living area and office are on ground floor along with the laundry and a wet room.
Two bedrooms and bathrooms are on the first floor .
The pink single room is on the second floor.
Another room on the second floor is not included in swop.
Notes
Please be aware that we have a ring doorbell which monitors visitors to front door.
Unfortunately my husband is allergic and so we cannot welcome pets to our home or visit homes with cats and dogs in residence.

Neighbourhood
The house is located in the centre of a resort village .
Directly accross the road there is a tennis club and community centre with kids clubs and exercise classes.
It also has a small coffee shop and kids playground.
A lane at the side of the house leads to a safe sandy beach in 5 minutes.
Within a few minutes walk is a family friendly hotel that does good casual dining.
The popularity of the village largely relates to its two superb golf courses which are links courses and playable all year around and the famous Kellys Hotel which is 10 minutes walk from our house.The hotel has superb dining and leisure facilities.
Getting to my home
If you are flying to Ireland the airport in Dublin is an easy 2 hour drive.
There are also ferries at Rosslare Europort which is a 15 minute drive away.Ferries come from Wales,France and Spain in Bilboa

Getting around
Rosslare Strand is a stylish resort less than 2 hours from Dublin.Our house is in the centre of the village with a grocery shop,cafe and restaurants within walking distance.
The local golf club is a 10 minute walk away and has good value casual dining.
A local bus service goes 6 times a day to Wexford a bustling county town .There is also a train service to Dublin 4 times a day .
