General overview
Our house is situated in the central Dublin village of Sandymount.It has shops,eateries and bus and train transport on our doorstep as well as the famous Lansdowne Rd rugby stadium and RDS a short walk from our home.
The space
The house is a large family home in a quiet street .
It is modern,bright and inviting.
We are three minutes from bus to city which lands you in Trinity College in central Dublin in 15 mins.

The house is a two storey home with a relaxing living and dining space.

We can only offer hospitality in one double and one single bedroom as our student daughter will also be in the house .
Sometimes an extra double bedroom is available.

Our area is quiet,safe,friendly and has many sport and concert venues.
It is an incredibly popular as it is city central and yet has beach walks and a village feel

Dublin airport is a 30 minute drive and the air coach from airport stops nearby.
Dublin port is a 20 minute drive
There is a Dart urban train station a 10 minutes walk from house.

Getting around
A bus ride of 15 minutes takes you to city centre .
The train network connect to our local station a 10 minutes walk away.
There is no need for a car while staying with us.
