The space

We have a lovey three Bedroom home with 2.5 Bathrooms which have just been renovated. We live in a gated estate which backs onto a golf course. We also have a swimming pool with heated spa as well as a tennis court in complex. We are located 300m from a Shopping area comprising of a supermarket, bakery, chemist, newsagent, 2 x coffee shops, florist as well as a medical centre. There are also 4 waterfront restaurants, a wine bar and a pub.

Brisbane international airport is 1 1/2 hours by train or 1hour by Connexions bus. Gold Coast airport is 39 minutes by car.

Getting around

Public transport available right out the front (bus stop). Ten minute bus ride to the railway & tram station. The train goes to the Brisbane Airport - Domestic and International terminals. The tram takes you into Surfers Paradise and Broadbeach
