Unrestricted parking on the street in front of the house. No car? No worries! Vancouver is super bike-friendly and the house is 2 blocks shared biked station. (https://www.mobibikes.ca/) and lots of bikeways to get around. Public transit buses are close by (2.5 blocks/4 minutes walking), they are frequent and can take you to most places with one or two transfers at most.
