General Overview

Spacios, clean and well maintained apartament in the city of Stockholm. The apartment is situated in Årsta, south of Södermalm, the hippiest & most cozy area in Stockholm. You can reach Södermalm, just by going across the bridge, 20 min by walk, or 15 min by public transportation.

The Space

The apartment has 4 rooms, 3 bedrooms and 1 living room with open kitchen, a nice balcony where you can in the evenings enjoy the views of the city! The bedrooms have 1 with a king-size bed 1 with bed soffa 1 with bunk bed for the children. (the ground bed is almost like a king-size bed so a teenager could definitely sleep there)

Neighbourhood

The apartment is also close to a beautiful, big park ( 100 m) where in the summer you can enjoy a picnic or just chill in the sun! The area is very nice, child-friendly, safe and central so that is also quite amazing! There are in walking distance several children playgrounds and bicycle path going in all directions of the city.

Getting to my home

The apartment is only 2 train stations away from Stockholm Central, towards the south. Then walk 5-7 minutes.

Nearest airport

Arlanda. 45minutes with Arlanda Express or a bit over 1h with local train.

Getting Around

You have to walk 100 meters to the closest grocery shop and 200-300 m to the closest bar/restaurant/pizzeria/sushi/pancake place!
