General overview

My wife and I have 4 children and 8 grand children who are an absolute joy to us. We enjoy travelling and have travelled extensively around the world. This year we decided to explore closer to home and focus on England again so are just back from 6 months exploring more of London, Dorset, Devon, Cornwall, Cotswolds, Peak District, Yorkshire and Pembrokeshire in Wales. We used to have a time share in Royal Deeside in Scotland, 10 minutes from Balmoral castle. Ballater and Royal Deeside are extra special which is why the royal family back to Queen Victoria and Prince Albert and all royal families since go there every year.. We live in a quiet residential area in Deeping St James near the town of Market Deeping and the historic town of Stamford, voted one of the best towns to live in the UK and world renowned Cambridge and London. If you appreciate river views, tranquility, nature, fishing, country walks (5 minutes from nature reserve and fishing lakes, historic buildings (Burleigh House 10 minutes away), Cambridge University city 45 minutes by road, London 1 hour by train from Peterborough (15 minutes away), Lincolnshire Wolds, Rutland Water, Norfolk Coast and beaches, Ferry Meadows, Tallington Lakes, Lincoln Cathedral & Castle, is why you'll never get bored here.
