General overview
The house Is located in a lovely small Town - Nebida- in the south west of Sardinia . It has three bedrooms , 1 bathroom , two terraces one in front and One in the back of the house . There's also a private parking and a small garden. The interior design was very important for us and we did all the renovations ourselfs :)
But probably the most important Is lovely Sea and Mountain view :) The closest beach Is Just 800 meters. And the best Is that every beach on our Coast Is completely different :) Very close there Is a bus stop and a good restaurant. Then 1km from the house you have other restaurants and two shops :)
I recommend to have your own car.
Mostly we are open for exchanges from november to March/April because we are renting this house and in other months It Is usually fully booked.
But if we are really interested in something we can also consider exchanging in other months:)

Neighbourhood Is Very calm and surrounded with nature :) Every beach Is different on our Coast :) You can snorkel , dive, there Is One beach Very popular for Wind and kitesurfers :) The house Is practically on a hiking Trail , we are surrounded with mountains and if You likes hiking It Is a paradise :)

It Is the easiest to rent a car in the Airport
If not there Is a train from the Airport to Iglesias and then a bus from Iglesias to Nebida :) The bus stop Is not far from the house :)
