The house is located in a quiet area in the mountains but also with a sea view :) The closest beach is just 700 meters. 
We put a lot of heart in our houses, and renovate them by ourselves :) 
Casa Bianca has 2 bedrooms ,a kitchen , 1 bathroom and 2 lovely terraces with a sea and mountain view :) 
Outside you can also find a shower but without hot water :)
Bus stop is just 20 meters away :) But I recommend renting a car.
I am currently looking for an exchange in London 7-15 october 2025 :)

Notes

When doing a globe exchange there is a cleaning fee of 70 euro.
If You want to add a cleaning fee while doing a reciprocal exchange it's also possible,if the price is different, one side will just pay the difference.

Neighbourhood

The area is very quiet ,but it has 2 shops and a few restaurants and bars :) Not all of them are open all year, but You can always find something :) 
Just 15 minutes and You are in a lovely medieval town called Iglesias. 
1h to big city - Cagliari:) 
The closest airport is Cagliari Elmas.
