General Overview

This contemporary three bedroom home overlooks the 18th fairway of one of the famous golf courses at Moonah Links, in the middle of Victoria's Mornington Peninsula. Next door are two amazing hot springs, and nearby are amazing beaches, wineries, restaurants, hikes, etc. And if you're into golf, there are heaps of top end courses nearby.

The Space

There are three bedrooms: one huge king bed room, with an ensuite (double shower); one twin room (two single beds); and one other king bedroom. The twin room and other king bedroom share a large "jack and jill" bathroom, which features a large bath, twin vanities and a shower. There is a huge open-plan living/dining/kitchen which opens onto the deck overlooking the fairway on one side and a central, outdoor courtyard on the other.

Guest Access

There are two steps at the end of the long hallway. Otherwise everything is on one level.

Neighbourhood

Lots to do: golf, wineries, restaurants, beaches, hikes, swimming, views, etc, etc. One of our favourite restaurants is next door to our estate - you walk via the golf course and vineyards to get there - absolutely beautiful!

Getting to my home

You will need a car to get the most out of your stay. We are 75 minutes drive from Melbourne's CBD.

Nearest airport

Melbourne Tullamarine. About 1.5 - 2 hour drive, depending on traffic.
