General overview

T4 apartment in a small 3-storey building close to all amenities. Bakery and Bus at the foot of the building.

The space

The apartment is simple and well equipped. Located on the top floor (3) with balcony, view of the mountains. There are 2 bedrooms with 1 double bed 140 x190 in each of them. The living room with sofa and television is on the east side, as is the balcony. The fully equipped dining kitchen was refurbished in the spring of 2019. The bathroom with shower was redone in July 2018.

Notes

Shopping center 5 min walk, bus stop n4 and bakery at the foot of the building, parking space without parking meter in front of the building.

The nearest airport is Geneva at 40 min. Train or bus station in the center of Annecy then bus n°4 By car, Annecy Nord motorway exit 5 minutes away

Getting around

15 min walk from the lake. Bus n°4 for the city center is at the foot of the building. Parking spaces on the street are free, which is rare in Annecy.
