Three-bedroom new house in the west side of Ajijic, Mexico.
Especially suitable for families, digital nomads. It has a pool and 3 1/2 bathrooms. One of the bedrooms can be used as a dedicated work space with a small desk. Well landscaped.
We are in the tropics, but at 1,700 metres (5,100 ft). So we have rather good weather all year around.
Ajijic is a winter (or summer) getaway for Canadians and Americans in particular, and is a popular retirement area.
The space
A roomy modern design with Mexican color and with eclectic selection of furniture and art. 161 square meters (1,700 square feet) inside the walls. Double-glazed windows to ensure quiet.
Two bedrooms have king beds, one has a queen bed. There is a well-appointed kitchen.
There is a patio with an un-heated swimming pool 7.2 m (24 feet) long. There is air conditioning in two bedrooms and the common area (living, dining, kitchen) of the house.
There is hi-speed wi-fi (usually more than 100 Mbps) and one 55-inch smart TV. We provide a Netflix sub-account, and Samsung provides a streaming service in Spanish. Bring your own usernames and passwords for other streaming services.
Guest access
One floor, wide doors. A small step at the front door.
At least one of the bathrooms is accessible.
Grab bars at all toilets and showers.
