I spent a fabulous week in Paris, despite the disappointment of my exchange at Fatima's. First of all, you should know that she is asking for a cleaning fee of 150 euros, which she does not display on her page. That's a lot of money for a 2-room apartment in Paris, which normally costs 15 euros/hour. I tried to discuss with her to review her policy. She didn't want to know anything. The worst thing was that we had to clean up when we arrived, which shocked us, given the exorbitant fees she asked us for. We didn't expect to have to sweep the floor, wash the table and chairs on the terrace, water the dying plant, empty the garbage and remove hair from the shower. In addition, there was no storage for our personal belongings. My travel companion and I are in our sixties. You will understand that sleeping on a mattress on the floor, together, because there were no sheets for the sofa bed in the living room, was a challenge in itself. I sincerely believe that Fatima lacked delicacy and frankness. That said, I left the apartment cleaner than when I arrived and refused to pay the 150 euros.
Otherwise, the proximity of the metro, Cardinet Street, the restaurants in the neighborhood and the beautiful park really pleased us.

Heidi has confirmed on WhatsApp as well as in messages in the app that she agrees to pay 150e for the cleaning fees , as that was my condition to accept her request ‘ if only I can add screenshots of the conversation here to confirm her lies , and m happy to share them with anyone ‘
One week before arriving she started asking not to pay and I said that I had guests confirming they will clean the house but left without cleaning , so the condition is to hire a cleaning lady , I said it was not possible and she has to pay and she agreed
I trusted her with my house and on her checkout day I sent her my bank account only to get a reply from her that she won’t pay the cleaning fees
I had to pay the cleaning lady from my own pocket
She’s not trustworthy but I have learned from my mistakes and I hope other people won’t face the same situation with her
