General overview
House of first residence, on the 4th floor, few minutes from the most beautiful beaches of Sardinia
In my house you can enjoy, certainly the wonderful view of the beautiful island of Asinara (to be visited absolutely), the silence and the ideal position to reach the whole coast.
Large flat on the fourth floor with a beautiful view on the whole gulf of the Asinara island. Our house can host six people. There are: great living room, habitable kitchen with small terrace, three very great bedrooms, studio, two bathrooms. We are lovers of cleaning and order and we appreciate people like us. We would like to exchange our house with other families. Our preferences are Italy/Europe but we can apreciate other proposals. we don't smoke and don't have any pets, but we can take care of yours with great pleasure. we often travel together with a couple of cousins with a child, in total 7/8 people. We can also exchange our car.
The space
We are a couple with two children. Rinaldo 58, Stefania 54, Stefano 18 4th year of linguistic high school, Guido and 13 years 3rd year in secondary school.
We love to travel, but only in exchange house, love the sea, the sun, the beaches, learn about countries, cities and cultures, and above all, to know many new friends who love to share their own home, just like us.
For summer exchanges, we always prefer, places on the sea.

Neighbourhood
A 3 minute walk, you will find the bakery (with typical Sardinian sweets), the market, the pharmacy, a deli, some bars, takeaway pizzerias, dry cleaners, fishmongers, greengrocers and pastry shops.
The city of Sassari is the ideal point to visit the whole North-Sardinia (and not only)..to few kms from the city there are some marvelous beaches. place absolutely to visit I am Alghero, Stintino, with his/her beautiful beach "La Pelosa", the Argentiera with practically desert beaches and a crystalline water, the whole zone of the Gallura actually to reach the famous Coast Smeralda . .If then desire is had to make some kms in more the zone of the Ogliastra can be visited (east), the Gulf of Orosei and the inside of Sardinia (Su Gologone, Orgosolo and outskirtses).the airport of Alghero dista from Sassari 35 kms and you/he/she has also served from Ryanair;I bring and airport of olbia to 120 kms; I bring around of Porto Torres to 20 kms from the city.
