General overview
The light in our apartment is unique! We have 2 little balconies where we love to spend time reading, having a drink or a meal. We live in a cul-de-sac which means that although we are central, our street is super quiet. The floors are wooden, we have a huge array of books in English and Portuguese, which you are welcome to read. Everything works and you should have everything you need. There are good bus options less than 5 minutes walking distance. We are a 15 minute walk to the river, and a 15 minute walk to beautiful Monsanto Park, as well as a 15 minute walk to LX Factory. We do appreciate tidiness and cleanliness, so you will find a clean and organised home, and we need you to commit to handing it back the same. We have an excellent Dyson that you are welcome to use.
