General Overview

I absolutely love my home, and I can’t wait to share it with others! We live right on the Blanco River in Wimberley, Texas, with year-round water and the kind of nature that makes you slow down and take a deep breath. Depending on the season, you can float the river, paddleboard, or simply sit back and enjoy the peaceful surroundings. Our home is a brand-new remodel with three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a beautiful kitchen overlooking the trees, and river steps leading right down into our backyard. It’s our little sanctuary, and I hope you feel that same sense of peace and joy while staying here. The best part? You get the feeling of being tucked away in nature while still being just four minutes from Wimberley Square. Think charming small-town shops, swimming holes, great food, local bars, and all the magic of a Hallmark movie town. It really is the best of both worlds.

The Space

Our home has been freshly remodeled and thoughtfully designed, with the help of an interior designer, to feel beautiful, comfortable, and connected to nature. There are three bedrooms and two bathrooms. The primary bedroom is a spacious 19 x 20 feet, with plenty of room to add an air mattress if needed. The other two bedrooms have trundle beds, making it easy to accommodate additional guests. Each bedroom belongs to one of my children, so they have their own cute, personal touches. The kitchen is one of my favorite spaces in the house. It overlooks the beautiful natural surroundings and is perfect for cooking, gathering, and enjoying a slow morning. We have six barstools at the kitchen counter and a dining table with six chairs, so up to 12 people can gather for a meal between the two spaces. Outside, the river is the star of the show. We have steps leading down to the Blanco River, along with floats and paddleboards to enjoy when the season is right. I'll be updating the photos after the holidays once I have everything back in its usual place. In the meantime, I'm happy to send a video of the home upon request!

Neighbourhood

We live in a quiet neighborhood that feels like a little escape from the world. It's peaceful, surrounded by nature, and the perfect place to unplug, spend time outside, and enjoy being together. But you're not far from anything! Wimberley Square is just a four-minute drive away, with adorable local shops, restaurants, bars, live music, and that small-town charm that makes Wimberley so special. We're also close to some of the area's beloved swimming holes and outdoor spots. Wimberley is one of those places that feels straight out of a Hallmark movie. It's artsy, charming, full of character, and surrounded by the beauty of the Texas Hill Country. You can spend the morning on the river, head into town for lunch and shopping, and come home to a peaceful evening surrounded by nature. That's what I love most about living here, and I hope you love it, too.
