General Overview

We live in the ‘Greencity’ district of Zurich, which was built in 2018. Our flat is on the top (7th) floor of an apartment block. We love it here, because there are many windows and it is very bright. You can sit on the couch with your coffee and watch the clouds go by. We also enjoy the sun and the view of the hills from the balcony.

The Space

- airy living-dining area with large kitchen - 1 bedroom with double bed and wardrobe - 1 room with two desks and screens (suitable for remote work) - 2 bathrooms (one with shower, one with bath tube) - balcony (19m2) with chairs, tables and plants

Guest Access

Single storey flat on the 7th floor. Accessible by elevator and stairs.

Notes

We ask you to water the few plants in the flat. In summer on the balcony too. Thanks!

Neighbourhood

Eco-friendly, modern neighbourhood with direct access to public transport (10 min to city centre). Very save. Behind the house you can walk into the forest or in 2 minutes you are at the river Sihl. You can be at Lake Zurich in 10 minutes by bus or walking in 20 minutes. Many walking/cycling paths around here.

Getting to my home

From Zurich main station you can reach us by train in 10 minutes. The train stops right in front of the building.

Getting Around

- 2 min to train, supermarket, bakery, coffee shop with organic food - 10 min by train to Zurich main station/city centre - 10 minutes by bus to Lake Zurich (walking in 20 min) - 20 min to historic town centre
