Neighbourhood

Ours is a quiet residential neighbourhood set back from the hotels and resorts but close enough to enjoy the advantages of living in a place where people vacation. There is a park with a playground and tennis, pickle ball and (of course!) shuffle board courts right next door.

Nearest airport

We are 40 to 55 mins from Tampa airport, 30 mins from St Petersburg/Clearwater airport, and just under an hour from Sarasota airport.
