Neighbourhood

Ours is a quiet residential neighbourhood set back from the hotels and resorts but close enough to enjoy the advantages of living in a place where people vacation. There is a park with a playground, basketball hoop, pickle ball and (of course!) shuffle board courts right next door. A 20-minute walk will take you to John's Pass, a popular destination with waterfront shops, restaurants, and tour companies offering boat excursions and fishing charters, as well as jet ski rentals and parasailing adventures.

Nearest airport

We are 40 to 55 mins from Tampa airport, 30 mins from St Petersburg/Clearwater airport, and just under an hour from Sarasota airport.

Getting Around

The nearest supermarket is just over a mile away, but there is a Circle K convenience store closer. The shops and restaurants of downtown Treasure Island can be reached via a pleasant beachfront boardwalk, with a couple of beach bars along the way.
