General Overview

Our house is a newly renovated 1 level home with 3 bedrooms and 2 living areas, located in a quiet leafy suburb of Oyster Bay. We are surrounded by the Georges river and are on the doorstep of the Royal National Park, close to great mountain bike tracks, beautiful beaches great bushwalks and secluded waterholes. The city is about 35min away (5 min bus ride and 30 min on a train). We are half an hour away from the international airport.

The Space

3 bedrooms (2 of those set up for kids); 2 bathrooms, 2 large living areas (1 of them has a double sofa bed), a modern kitchen, a balcony, and a flat back yard with an outdoor shower. The house has been redesigned and fully renovated in 2022.

Guest Access

You will have full access to the house and the back garden. the house is easily accessible and all the bedrooms and the main living area are on the same level. The main bedroom opens straight into the back garden. The house is on a raised block so to get in from the front garden you need to walk up a small staircase but you can avoid stairs altogether by entering the house through the back.

Neighbourhood

The house is located in a very quiet and green neighbourhood. There is a great cafe on the other side of the road and plenty more in adjoining suburbs. There is a playground opposite the house and a soccer oval right next to it. We are 15 min from Cronulla Beach and 10 minutes drive from the Royal National Park (great for walks and cycling, and some stunning more secluded beaches). The city is about 30min train ride away.

Getting to my home

Our home is about 35min away from Sydney airport. The closest train station is Jannali- 5 min bus ride from our place.

Getting Around

There is a bus stop on the opposite side of the road that takes you to a local train station (5 min bus ride; then half an hour train ride to the the city or 15 min to Cronulla, our local beach).
