Yet away from the hustle of the tourist areas but only than 7 mins to heavenly ski village & resort. 30 days minimum stay required.

We only have 1 of 4 children still at home and looking to travel a bit more now and we have a a quaint and cozy place in South Lake Tahoe, California to exchange.
