Quaint & cozy 2 story townhome across from the lake/beaches. Blocks from an open meadow and even local private beach. Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located place. Within walking distance to local coffee shops/restaurants/bars/live outdoor music venue with beer/wine/food. There’s free live concerts by local artists on the beach open air amphitheater. Yet away from the hustle of the tourist areas but only than 7 mins to heavenly ski village & resort. 1 week minimum stay required.

We only have 1 of 4 children still at home and looking to travel a bit more now and we have a a quaint and cozy place in South Lake Tahoe, California to exchange.
