General overview
A charming little West Vancouver home surrounded by lush green space, with a forest in the backyard.
Our 5 bedroom, two bathroom property is thoughtfully decorated and nestled in a forested neighbourhood, featuring two patios and a 2 car carport. The home is a three storey split level, with two living areas which can be attached or detached.
The space
The upper two levels comprise the main living area; with a master bedroom with king sized bed, spare bedroom/office with a king sized pullout bed and a spacious children’s room with a bunk bed with double and single beds. There is a full kitchen, bathroom, dinning room with french doors and a living room—all with large bright windows opening up to the surrounding green space.
The lower level was originally a self contained suite, complete with full kitchen, full bathroom, bedroom and living room. The lower living room has a second office set up as well.
The home is our primary residence, so when we are away the entire home can be booked for 4 adults and 3-4 children. However, when home the lower floor can be booked for up to 2 adults.
Guest access
Three floors, three entry ways and stairwells into each door.
Notes
- Laundry room on lover level with washer, dryer and basin.

* There is a full suite on the lower level of this home, and the entire home can be opened up in a 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom, 2 kitchen, 2 living room home.

We are a couple in our 30's who loves to adventure and travel. We are very active, and spend our time road biking, skiing and playing outdoors. I own a branding agency and my partner (Eric) does electrical engineering. We have a 7 year old daughter who loves to create, and the sweetest little King Charles Cavalier named Sloan.
People Like Us is the world's most trusted home exchange community. We believe in sharing, trust, generosity, respect, communication, equality, cooperation, honesty, hospitality, friendship, flexibility and adventure. We take pride in our homes and we care about the environment in which we live: our village, city, country and our planet. We care about the ethos of home exchange and we do it because we love the experience and the friendships that it generates.
