General Overview

Beautifully furnished completely remodeled condo that sleeps 4 people with a full kitchen and full bath. The location provides a peaceful environment with beautiful views of the water and boats from the screened balcony /lanai. The pool area enhances the enjoyable experience, making this condo a desirable destination. Enjoy gorgeous 180-degree views of the water from this Marco Island condo. Included on the grounds is two pools, two Jacuzzis, two tennis courts and four Pickleball courts., Marina. Gas grills and parking on the premise.

The Space

There is a full kitchen that is well supplied. The bedroom has a king size bed and the living room has a queen size comfortable sleeper sofa. Smart Tv’s in both the living room and bedroom. Free Internet is included. We are on the 4th floor and look out towards the water with a beautiful views. You can watch the Dolphins, Osprey and pelicans from our lanai! Beautiful sunrises. It is a very quiet area with restaurants within walking distance.

Guest Access

We are on the 4th floor and there are elevators available as well as stairs. We have keyless entry as well as the lock box.

Notes

There are many things to do in the area. We are 10 minute drive from the beach. There are two beautiful beaches on Marco Island. We are 20 minutes from Naples, Florida and the Naples beaches. There are many golf courses available in our area as well as wonderful restaurants. We are 15 minutes from the Everglades. There’s excellent fishing in the area with many guides available. There are also many eco tours available to go out and view the dolphins, go to the private Keewaydin island and explore the 10,000 island region! There is a bike store right behind us that you can rent bikes from to ride around the island! The Fort Myers airport is 45 minutes from us. There is a cleaning fee up $150 that I would ask you to pay.

You can fly into Fort Myers airport (45 minutes from our condo) or Fort Lauderdale ( one hour and 45 minute drive) You can also drive into Marco via interstate 75 to Highway 951 or Highway 41 to 951

Getting Around

Car rental is best way to get around or riding a bike is easy around the island bike rental right behind our condominium. We do have a car on the property that could possibly be available to you as well.

My husband, Jim and I are retired and loving it! Jim was an entrepreneur restaurant owner for over 40 years. He franchised his pizza/Italian food restaurant 23 years ago. I worked in the ophthalmology business for many years. I was a marketing manager and enjoyed working with patients doing LASIK surgery! We love traveling and have been in an exchange program in the past. We enjoyed exchanges in Alaska and New York and are looking forward to doing more traveling. We are very active and enjoy Pickleball, golf, hiking, biking, nature, time with our grandchildren, etc… We will care for your home just like it is our own. We spend a little time inside and enjoy exploring new areas. The only thing we would ask when exchanging with us is to pay the cleaning fee of $155
